Those eligible to enter will be members with the leading position (of LYC members) in the 2016 season (and, in the case if IC Winter Sailing, the 2016-2017 season) for the following classes and series: Viper, Etchells, Shields, Vanguard 15, IC Winter Sailing and Ideal Wednesday Night Series.
Additional "at-large" spots will be determined by the Yachting Committee to add up to 20 teams maximum, based on their recent sailing accomplishments, contributions to the LYC sailing community, prior performance at this event, reputation for outstanding sportsmanship and good looks.
