The Commodores Cup

An annual race for duly elected and serving Commodores, Vice Commodores or Rear Commodores of YRALIS member clubs. The Commodore’s Cup Regatta has been held twenty-seven times since 1976 and has been won by eleven different clubs.

The entered yacht must be helmed by the participating Commodore or flag officer and belong to a member of the participating club. There will be two (2) Divisions.

RESULTS:

Congradulations All! Vice Commodore Smeets of Larchmont has won the Cup for the 2nd year in a row. Second place goes to Commodore Diane McKeever of Breakwater Irregulars and 3rd place to Commodore Stephen Furnary form American.

               Division I – is open to boats from any member club and helmed by a current Flag Officer of that club.

               Division II – is open to boats from any member club and helmed by a Past Flag Officer of that club.

The winning club to be sponsor of this event the following year.
