The regatta is open to Clubs who are members of the YRA of LIS. Each Club may send one boat and each boat must have a current YRALIS PHRF certificate. Each boat must be helmed by a current Commodore, Vice Commodore or Rear Commodore (together a “Flag Officer”) of the club it represents.
