2021 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
SATURDAY, Oct 16, 2021
Top sailors at the club are invited to sail in this event. The Yachting Committee determines the invitees, based on their recent sailing accomplishments, contributions to the LYC sailing community, prior performance at this event, and reputation for exemplary sportsmanship.
This year, for the first time ever, we are opening the Club Championship up to whomever would like to throw their hat in the ring!
The plan is for elimination races on October 16 leading to the Club Championship on October 23. (new date!)

If 8 or fewer entries, there will only be a final series scheduled for Oct 16.
In 2021, we will be racing in Ideal 18s inside the harbor.
The race committee will try to position the course so members ashore will be able to see much of the action.
